SUMMARY
The Affiliate Account Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our regional affiliate partners and performing daily affiliate-facing program maintenance. They work with the Affiliate Program Manager and Regional Head, and help to build affiliate strategy, execute on affiliate-focused initiatives, act as a liaison with supporting departments and maintain regular communication with affiliates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will:
• Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates acting as an “affiliate advocate” for Partners
• Respond to incoming affiliate questions/help tickets
• Prepare and execute affiliate campaign briefs
• Accountable for the following:
– Keeping affiliate promotions and/or campaigns updated
– Managing ongoing affiliate deals
– Performing creatives and content quality assurance
– Notifying affiliates of updates and new releases
– Creating placements and loading banners
– Maintaining up to date affiliate landing pages
– Facilitating custom affiliate requests
– Keeping referral links updated and accurate
– Updating important Odds/Props
• Create and present periodical reports on affiliate program health by brand
• Act as point of contact for Partners to MyAffiliates platform
• Work with The Affiliate Program Manager to keep our Partner’s website optimized and up-to-date
• Approve, Deny or forward new affiliate requests
• Request and upload weekly articles for all products
• Perform affiliate related Talisma updates/maintenance
• Maintain affiliate related Knowledge Base articles
• Update social media pages as requested
• Stay up to date and share info on affiliate program best practices and competition monitoring
• Site Networking – help facilitate testing
• Liaison with the Digital team to help facilitate test on affiliate assets
• Implementation of post back and Pixel tracking for affiliates

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing or affiliate facing position
• Positive personality and strong English language communication skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of the affiliate marketing space and how the advertiser/publisher relationship works
• Disciplined and passionate about building relationships
• Team player, adaptable and able to work with a number of different departments
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment
• Experience with the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a general comfort level with numbers.
• General understanding of online gaming player behavior and motivation
• Familiarity with Talisma and Knowledgebase programs is an asset
• Ability to travel for work up to 5% of the year
